It’s Real life church’s vision to be a relational youth and young adult ministry - one that is horizontal, as well as vertical – that draws young people from every walk of life with intentional strategies rooting them in the vision to be engaged, to be equipped, and to be wellsprings of God’s love.

             “Don’t let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you                live, in your love, your faith, and your purity.”

                 ~ 1 Timothy 4:12

Vision Description

Generations ministry seeks to be a training ground with a holistic approach to the spiritual growth of every young person, of every ethnicity, and of every culture within reach of Real Life Church, so that they are equipped with the resources necessary to enter adulthood, living as disciples of Jesus Christ by realizing their identity and full potential, and making positive contributions to the Kingdom of God... AND MAKE IT FUN!

It is Real Life Church's vision to teach and empower the youth within its spectrum, that by knowing they are heirs of the King and the kingdom, they too can: lay hands on the sick and see healing; speak life into dead situations; be fishers of men; live sexually pure; disciple others with the same knowledge they have received to aid in the growth of others, all in spite of their age! It is RLC’s goal for this ministry to be conducted for youth, with youth, BY youth!

             "But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have                           learned them, and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation             through faith which is in Christ Jesus."

                 ~ 2 Timothy 3:14-15

Mission

Our mission with Real Life Youth is simple. In order to have a ministry that draws a culture of many ethnicities, stays relevant to transform youth into an evangelistic culture, causing them to be counter-cultural, we must:

·       Empower them to be bold – standing for what they believe;

·       Teach youth their identity in Christ;

·       Help them be relational in their sharing of their salvation;

·       Excite them and help them see the fun and the freedom in loving and serving Christ;

·       Exemplify the love that Paul spoke of in 1 Corinthians 13 – LOVE IS KEY!
