As we approach the exciting season of our Summer Camp in Kona, HI, we are thrilled to share the details and information crucial for your child's participation.
On this post, you will find comprehensive details regarding our upcoming parents meeting, the camp itinerary, essential items checklist, and important policies. Please take the time to review each document carefully to ensure that both you and your child are fully prepared for this incredible journey.
-IMPORTANT-
We will be having a mandatory meeting on Saturday, March 23rd, at 10am at Real Life Church regarding summer camp, and our fundraising campaigns. Please contact Mercy Tuivanu (541) 941-5528 if you or your child will be unable to attend so we can make arrangements.
We apologise for this meeting being such sudden notice. We will do our best to make arrangements for any who are unable to attend.

Agenda:
During the meeting, we will cover essential information about the summer camp, including:

Student Attendance:
It is important for students to attend this meeting alongside their parents. We have crucial fundraiser information and activities that are required for attendance at this year's summer camp. This will also allow them to also gain valuable insights into the camp details and expectations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.
RSVP:
Please confirm your attendance by Tuesday, March 19th by entering your information at the bottom of this post, and marking whether or not you will be able to attend. If you are unable to attend, please let us know by Tuesday, March 19th so that we can make alternative arrangements to provide you with the necessary information.

The following is a summary of the information that will be included in the packets available to view at the bottom of this post.
**1. **Important Dates and Deadlines:**
Saturday, March 23rd, 10am, Real Life Church - We have a mandatory parents meeting students are required to be present. At this meeting we will brief parents and students on all necessary information within this packet, and pertaining to our fundraisers.
Sunday, March 31st, 11:59pm - A down payment of $725 is required of every parent in order for us to pay for our flights and camp registration down payment.
Saturday, June 15th, 11:59pm - The remaining $775 is due.
**2. **Frequently Asked Questions:** Gain insights into the camp operations, daily activities, and special events that will make this experience memorable for your child.
**3. **Packing Checklist:** Find a thorough list of items your child will need for the camp, including clothing, personal items, and other essentials. Please make sure to label all personal belongings with your child's name.
**4. **Financial Overview:** Understand the breakdown of the total camp cost, including registration fees, flight costs, and additional expenses. Learn about our refund policy to make informed decisions regarding your financial commitment.
**5. **Parental Acknowledgment, Consent, and Agreement:** Please carefully review and sign the acknowledgment and agreement form. This document covers important aspects such as the refund policy, health information, and authorization for medical treatment.
